Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

 

Rosemont Baptist church has a goal of sending 400 Shoeboxes, filled with a variety of gifts that will bring delight to a child including small toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and candy. Each box will be dedicated and prayed over. We have a send-off date of Sunday, November 20. And in addition to packing 400 boxes, we will send $7 for each box ($2,800 for 400 boxes) to aid in shipping and handling to reach children around the world.
